I agree, to abide by the club’s rules and regulations that may be adopted by the club from time to time. I hereby acknowledge and accept the upon the cessation of my club membership for any reason whatsoever, that I shall not be entitled to any refund (in whole or in part) of my membership subscription. I agree to pay in full the applicable membership subscription fee, irrelevant if I chose to leave the club during the term of current season.
